The Undertaker

The Undertaker’s $1000 Cameo videos are absolutely brilliant

Back in 2020, The Undertaker wrestled his final match, a cinematic Boneyard Match with AJ Styles at WrestleMania 36.

Over six months later, The Undertaker officially retired from wrestling at Survivor Series, 30 years on from his WWE debut at the same show.

To celebrate The Undertaker’s incredible 30-year career, WWE sold several personalised Cameo videos from ‘The Deadman’ to fans, each worth $1000.

Pro Wrestling Unlimited posted a 14-minute compilation video of all of the clips, and it’s absolutely brilliant.

During the clips, which you can see above, The Undertaker thanked several fans for their continued support throughout his career.

Seeing The Undertaker out of character, which we hadn’t really seen until very recently, is still incredibly surreal to some, and this was evidenced by the reaction to the cameos.

The Undertaker also wished some people Happy Birthday, applauded someone on losing a considerable amount of weight, and congratulated another on getting married.

As noted, ‘Taker was someone who very much kept his gimmick alive, so seeing him break character to speak in such a setting was absolutely brilliant and frankly quite hilarious.

Out of character appearances from The Undertaker are now more common and they’ve ever been, as he recently sat down with Ryan Satin and True Geordie on separate shows to speak about his career.

The Undertaker will be on WWE TV next week, and at WrestleMania next weekend, as he’s set to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

‘Taker is set to be inducted next Friday night as part of the 2022 Hall of Fame ceremony, which airs after Friday Night SmackDown.

The wrestling legend will then be appearing at WrestleMania, in his home state of Texas, to celebrate his induction into the Hall of Fame.
